Here’s a thank-you from the folks at Junior Achievement of Central Maryland
The Achievement Foundation will give preference to those Junior Achievement areas with one or more students who have applied for the Joseph Francomano Scholarship during the preceding academic year. If a JA area is selected to receive a grant but did not have a Francomano scholarship application in the past year, the Foundation will then predicate the grant upon their commitment to have at least one student from their area send in an application for the Joseph Francomano Scholarship.
The deadlines for grant applications to be considered are February 28th and August 31st of each year.
Note: The Achievement Foundation office will be closed until September 3, 2015. If you are planning to send a grant application by overnight delivery, please send it to arrive no earlier than September 3rd. We prefer that you send applications by email. Thanks.
